They told you: – “Timing is everything”, “ground floor”, and “we’re first” , (even though the only thing they’re “first” to is getting their friends and family into more struggle, with no specialized skills and a pyramid mentality, only to watch another company fizzle back to nothing). – “Make a list”, “it’s a numbers game”, and “go chase your friends and family”, (instead of learning how to leverage the numbers game, marketing your business online, using the billions of people on the internet who are already looking for what you have)! – “Just get 2 to get 2”, or “3 to get 3”, (successfully attracting lazy lotto ticket mentality people who think it’s going to be “easy”, and expect those 2 or 3 people to be doing all the work to capture market share), and then when they find out it’s not easy and you don’t only have to get two, they quit because they’re expectations weren’t managed before hand! – The product will “sell itself”, (even YOU are obviously the one that has to get it sold). – We are going to be the “next billion dollar company”, (but didn’t tell you that there’s been 70,000 of them all saying the same thing, but only ELEVEN have made it to $1Billion/year and kept going, a .000159% chance). – This company is “stable and debt-free”, (but then had to charge you money just to sign up, because they need money to grow)! – “We have no competition”, (even though they have no patents, and the other companies that had the same exact business and model are now out of business). – It’s just “one simple product”… (but then in the same meeting, told you about a new “launch” of product they are about to do)! If I kept going, we would be here for a month, because there are simply too many “leaders” and “startups”, but not very many high-end professionals in the Home Business industry.

What about your team – have they ever jumped to another business, into the team of someone else? What about that frustrating feeling that your company may be “fizzling”, and nobody on your team is working as hard as you are? There are a ton of “dirty little secrets” that “they” won’t tell you, but I will, because I am not interested in saying “fluffy” things that I think you would just LOVE to hear. I am here to tell the truth, (which is extremely hard to hear), and if you are humble enough to be open, and not take this information personal, then you will save a ton of time and money in the near future. I am here to do you a service and be a mentor, so you have the accurate information you need to make an educated decision on if you’re doing it right. You’re going to put a lot of work in. You probably already have. Don’t you think it’s worth 30 minutes of your time to make sure you know what you’re dealing with? I want you to make it in this industry, because when you do it WRONG, the industry suffers, and it looks tacky. When you do this right, the water rises, and all the boats rise…  and it makes our beautiful industry look better when we thrive! And when you thrive, people attract to you, instead of the “push” and “chase” energy that they accidentally trained you to do!

The Difference Between “Leaders” And Professionals

The problem for “leaders” is, there’s a ton of crappy companies that THINK they are going to be “the next Billion dollar company”, and the challenge for me is, I don’t back the “mlm” mentality or 99% of companies out there. Most of the time, they are a total joke. However, I do back the business model when done right. Done wrong, it’s a nightmare, and 99% of people (and corporate side of companies) do it completely wrong. So here are the top 5 things “they” don’t want you to do your due diligence on: 1. Did They Tell You “Ground Floor” or “Pre-Launch”? Run the other way! What you really want to know is, do they have a PROVEN Track Record: With all of this “pyramid” mentality and “ground floor opportunity” nonsense, it’s no wonder that people think we are in “pyramid schemes”. Every other week I talk to an excited entrepreneur with a dream, who is super excited on a new “start up”, thinking being “first” is a good thing, or that it even matters! The sad thing is, yes, it’s only a dream. Did you know: In traditional business, 9 out of 10 businesses fail? So what about MLM? There's a chance! Well, the dirty secret is that there have been 60,000 to 70,000 companies invented in direct sales/mlm/home business, (and these are just the ones we’ve heard about), —> but there have only been 11 companies to ever make it to $1Billion/year in sales and keep growing? Yes, ELEVEN. So if you take the time to think it out and do the numbers on that, it’s a .00016 chance of ever building a true business asset that you can “walk away” from in the future without it going away. Now think about that: If you were going to commit your valuable time into something, (like marriage), and you knew it was a .000159 chance of not making it… wouldn’t you do a bit more due diligence to look into other ideas and options where you had better odds? 2. Did They Tell You “New Market”? The challenge with that is: If you have created a brand new market, (getting people to buy something they weren’t already buying), the first thing they are going to do is come OFF of auto-delivery when they need money! If you’re going to have any retention to be able to build a real asset, the products have to be something they are already buying every month, so that they are merely “re-directing” their spending. 3. Did The Tell You “Best Timing, Best Product, Best Company, Best Team, And Best Compensation Plan”? If they did, then run the other way, because they have no idea how to brand or lead. You see, if you brand on “we have the best comp plan”, well then as soon as the next “best comp plan” comes out in the industry, your whole team has to jump to THAT one, because now THAT is the “best one”, and they have to be on “the best” one right? Real leaders know, that the comp plan and the products are the same for everyone, but some make nothing and some make tons! So what does that leave? US. Real leaders know that it is the highest trained professionals make the most money, and it doesn’t matter the compensation, product,etc… 4. Where’s the PROOF? Did they tell you how great the product is, and it has antioxidants, telemeres, blah blah blah, etc.? Ok, that all great, but can they DEMONSTRATE right on the spot, why they are different? If they can’t, find some others who can. 5. Did They Say “It’s Super Easy” And You Only Have To “Get 2 To Get 2”?  RUN. AWAY. FAST. Professionals know that this is NEVER the case, and what this does is attract LOSERS who are looking for the “easy get rich quick” thing. These are the lazy “luck” mentality types that are hoping to just “find 2 people” who will work hard and build a huge business underneath them, while they sit on their ass and get rich doing nothing. These companies can grow very quickly with all the “we’re in first” hype and fluff, but then implode and fizzle out in under 10 years, leaving everyone with a very nasty taste in their mouth about unprofessional “MLMer” type people. Now, when you set them up for winning, by managing their expectations in the first place, and you give them a real franchising education and training, you build LEADERS, and those leaders build real businesses! Now how do you find leaders? You DON’T. You BUILD THEM. This means you have to build YOURSELF first, or you will never attract any true leaders. There’s no ‘luck’ in this.
