Here’s how it goes down when down when struggling employee worker bees start arguing and giving advice on business:
We immediately start trying to educate and go into “defense mode”, trying to explain, argue, and defend why our business model is superior, and how they are “wrong”. DO NOT DO THIS!
Here’s why:
If you are spending all your time trying to convince and argue with ignorant people who don’t understand business structure, then subconsciously, any people involved in the conversation are going to think that in order to do your business, THEY have to go around argueing with everyone about their business too, so they are not going to want to do your business!
ALSO, (and this is the most important part): Wasting all of your ttime argueing with unsuccessful and ignorant people will eventually drag you down to their level and you’ll feel discouraged, (like them).
Instead, INVEST your time with SUCCESSFUL people that have already been successful in business setting, because they have an “that’s easy, I can do that” attitude. There’s a reason why there are successful people and unsuccessful people & business owners and employees. Entrepreneurs “GET IT”! You will move MUCH faster building your business if you dig into intelligent contacts. They “get it” way faster and know that Direct Sales and Network Marketing is a franchising business model!
This is why I say, sponsor UP, not “down”! If you sponsor someone who is “easier” to talk to, (someone who you’re not intimidated by), and then THEY go and talk to someone that easy to talk to, then it means you’re sponsoring “down”, and then everyone is talking to a bunch of people with stories and excuses about where they are where they are, with “no money” and “no time”.
With unsuccessful people, it takes forever to “convince” to take risks. You’ll eventually burn yourself out trying to drag the dead bodies all the time!
Business owners and successful people are already open-minded and ready for “more. They take risks, and they have no excuses and stories – they just get things DONE. This is why they are successful! These are the only people you should invest your time with if you want to build your business FAST!
