How To Make A Fortune With Your Follow Up, Using One Simple Game Changing Strategy

Is “The Fortune Is In The Follow Up” just a catchy phrase?
Let’s find out: 

When I first dropped in and started building, it got real messy real fast, and I didn’t realize the importance of the “follow up” process.

If you treat your business like a business, (and not a “hobby”), then pay attention to these stats:

If you follow up:

follow up1 time:    2% chance they will enroll with you. 
2 times:  3% chance they will enroll with you.
3 times:  5% chance they will enroll with you.
4 times:  10% chance they will enroll with you.
5-8 times: 80-85% chance that they will enroll with you!  

So, looking at these stats, this is absolutely one of the most important parts of your business, and you most definitely need a tracking system. 

If you do not surrender to these numbers and have a good follow up tracking system, here are your stats:

  • 44% of sales people give up after only one “no”
  • 22% give up after only two “nos”
  • 14% give up after three “nos”
  • 12% give up after four “nos”

This tells you that 92% of all sales people give up and quit after four “no’s”, and only 8% cent of sales people ask for the order a fifth time! 

*By the way, on a side note:
When you do feel rejected, you must know:
They are NOT saying “no”. They are saying “not right now”. It’s may just not be the “right time” for them at the moment, but in my mind it’s not a case of “if” they’ll join one day, it’s WHEN! 

Sooner or later, there’s going to be a time when they become frustrated with their linear income situation. 

I actually avoided looking at my current Network Marketing opportunity for 1&1/2 years before it was a good time to looking at something “new”. I was finally open and looking for something else, because what I was doing, was not really working for me. 

Now, when you know that 80% of prospects say “no” four times before they say “yes”, (like I did), this tells you that 8% of sales people are getting 80% of the sales! 

So, there are two types of people. The ones who follow up, and the ones who don’t! Which one will you choose?
