What is the difference between a Network (“Marketers”) Emotional Rollercoaster and a Disney World Rollercoaster?
Well, in the pic here is us on a Disney World rollercoaster, (nice n jolly) after we won a Success Trip with our business…
Aaaand, the Emotional Rollercoaster… well, let’s talk about it…
One of the most frustrating things about being an excited Home Business entrepreneur is the EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTER you’re stuck on.
Did you think everyone was going to flood into your business in these COVID times because they got SENT HOME and lost their income…?
But then realize that they’re still all “skeptical” and totally avoid being “recruited into one of those things“? lol
How about when Susan said she was interested, and then ghosted in the very same week!
What about when you’re most motivated distributor claimed they were gonna go to the top and then fizzled out and quit 3 weeks later?!
The ups & downs are insane hey?
Enough was enough…
We had to figure out how to NOT take that ride and STOP being ATTACHED to whether people say “yes” or “no“…
….and whether they quit or not.
“Ok so how do you do that?”, you ask?
Here it is:
We learned a long time ago – the best way to NOT be “attached” is:
Can you control whether people say “yes” or “no”? No, you can’t.
Can you control if they quit or not? No, you can’t.
So don’t ever try to control things you can’t control, or you’ll be unhappy, stuck on an Emotional Rollercoaster.
You can control your OWN activity, numbers, consistency and commitment – getting your information in front of people so they can make THEIR OWN DECISION and qualify THEMSELVES!
If you ever want your business to keep moving forward, nice and steady, then you must understand what keeps you and your business stuck…
Have you wondered why people (even your close friends) avoid the subject (or anything that has to do with) your “opportunity” or what you have to offer?
It’s because there’s a ton of subconscious “resistance” in most people.
The good thing is, it’s not your fault.
The key to getting any kind of initial “traction” or real forward momentum in your business is to first get rid of all the “friction“.
Excuses, skepticism, limiting beliefs, objections, lack of information, lack of training, bad mindset, uneducated decisions, whining, etc., are ALL forms of of friction, (aka, RESISTANCE).
So give me a “Hell to the Yeah!” if you’re absolutely sick and tired of getting excited, but then hearing all the whiny excuses, stories and all the other friction when you’re trying to build your network marketing business:
“It sounds great, but I just don’t have enough money to get started.”
“I don’t have enough time.”
“Is this some pyramid scheme?”
“I can’t sell.”
“I don’t want to give you my social security or credit card info.”
“I’m not a people person.”
“This just isn’t my thing.”
“But what about this other company that sells the same stuff cheaper?”
“I’ll have to ask my wife/husband before I join.”
“I’ll need to pray about it.”
“Let me think about it and I’ll call you next week.”
“How much does it cost to join?”
“Do I have to buy product every month!?”
“I don’t like to recruit people.”
Should I go on?
Seriously, stab me in the ear with a frickin’ ice pick! lol
So I have a question for you:
How do you react when these statements are made?
Have you always looked for the solutions, like books and courses on answering objections so you can turn the situation around?
Have you attended conference calls or workshops on how your sponsor masterfully counters each excuse?
If you have, that’s great. I respect your work ethic and commitment.
But I want to tell you the absolute #winning secret…
Naw you ain’t ready… ! LOL
No, ok ok …
I don’t really ever have to deal with excuses, whiny questions, objections or stories like the ones above anymore.
And when I discovered how to get my information in front of millions of open-minded and highly qualified (INTERESTED) people, my business absolutely exploded…
And now, if you’re like me, you’re like, “Yeah sure, ok, so HOW then?”
How do we get away with such ‘sacrilegious’ behavior?
It’s easier (and more efficient) than you could have ever imagined:
I only build communities (and market to) people who are already looking, (CLICK HERE) to earn extra income, early retirement and/or build assets for wealth.
This means I only talk to people who are open, interested, and (already) motivated to go after it… with no resistance.
Entrepreneurs and savvy business minds who understand what “cost” vs “investment” is and why it’s so important.
In short, you never have to put up with excuses when you ONLY deal with hitters who are NOT looking to make them.
However, this idea is not something that’s new to the industry.
That being said, there’s a RIGHT way to do this… and there’s a WRONG way…
We were at a big workshop event recently with many top earners, successful leaders and thousands of reps in various companies and industries.
Certain events should have a ‘No Recruiting Atmosphere,’ but wow… at the bar in between the sessions… it really felt like a shark frenzy!
It was bad.
And your prospects basically FEEL like THE CAKE, lol!
I on the other hand didn’t have that desperate anxious feeling, where I felt I had to try and recruit every single person, because I don’t have to.
Yet, I was asked by a many high earners who knew me from the Internet and wanted to pick my brain and had a genuine interest in my solutions.
It was a super fun trip and we made a ton of new networking friends. 🙂
It is true what they say… “You must recruit UP”!
… mostly likely FAR from what you’re thinking!
I think most of the old-school network marketers get it all wrong with HOW to actually find and recruit leaders…
This is mostly because they are applying old-school ineffective inviting tactics to people who don’t want to be bothered and already know what you are trying to pull.
They have a highly sensitive “radar” for it and can smell you coming a mile away, lol!
There’s only a few who are actually doing it right.
Have you noticed some of the recent Facebook Ads, from some bigger networkers?
Leaders are quickly catching on and the faster YOU do, the faster you’ll get the same results.
Personally, we were DONE:

I get it. We try to be coachable and listen to our up-line, willing to do whatever they tell us to do, even if it’s humiliating.
We don’t want take the “loss” or cut our losses, or be quitters.
And since I’m really direct, (because I’ve been there too), I’ll say it…
It’s almost like gambling addicts, trying to get your money back once you lost it….
…. IN THE SAME MACHINE YOU LOST IT IN.
We try to stick the “the system”, “hit more numbers”, keep your head down and “keep working”, etc. but it’s not working.
And so I have to tell you:
I don’t want to recruit you.
And yes, some of this may ruffle feathers a tiny bit, but hopefully enough to cause some course correction and help you finally get bigger better results.
This isn’t about being “disloyal” to your up-line, your company or anything else.
It’s about doing whatever it takes to MAKE IT and make it look GOOD!
You can free yourself from the smoke & mirror objections, weak excuses, and the whiny people who make them – permanently.
For goodness sake, stop wasting your time and your money on these dead-beat whiners!
Stop cold messaging people to pitch your business.
Think now, do you believe millionaires and billionaires sit in their offices all day, calling a list of 20,000 potential customers, one by one?!
Of course not.
It’s time to learn the (not so) SECRET.
It’s time to MARKET….
So you ONLY work with other professionals already GET IT, who are positive about what you are involved in.
Building your (social) network marketing business is just like in any business.
Market your offer to those who are already using a similar product or already interested in similar things.
This is how successful networkers really build their businesses in this arena, especially now in the 21st century.
